Rouse amassed his points through four tries, 30 conversions and nine penalties, an obvious beneficiary of San Francisco’s impressive attacking machine. Life University’s Nolte Coetzee finished third with 69 points while Denver’s Maximo De Achaval takes fourth spot with 64.
